This is a fuller bodied Rosé with awesome concentration, while remaining zesty fresh, based on pronounced notes of watermelon, cherries and nectarines, with accents of herbs and minerality; with aeration the wine unfolds to include nuances of lemon, blood orange and white chocolate. There is a coiled core that hints at what is to come from this indigenous classic made up of 90% Nebbiolo and 10% Uva Rara from the prized vineyards of Molsino and Valferana, and beyond.
