The 2023 Paul Pillot Chassagne-Montrachet is a strikingly refined village-level white Burgundy, sourced from multiple lieux-dits within the appellation and vinified with the same care as the domaine’s top crus. The 2023 vintage yielded fresh, aromatic wines with excellent tension—ideal for Pillot’s style.
